Formerly The Centre for Complementary Therapies

Our Mission

About The Centre Ltd is here as a resource to provide information on complementary &/or alternative health care & provide a wide range of therapies to the local community. The Holistic Centre itself is situated in the historic market town of Neston in South Wirral, lying on the Cheshire - Merseyside border.

We have neither 'jumped on the band wagon' of holistic health care, nor are we here to make a quick buck. The Centre is run by therapists for therapists & their clients.

All too often we see clients that say that they've been told to 'live with it' or 'what do you expect at your age?'. Most often, this simply isn't the case. With the right treatment, advice & perhaps some effort on their part many recover & even in the worst cases there's usually some improvement to be gained. On the other hand we do not make false promises and if medical intervention is necessary, then we will point you in the right direction.

If you have a problem & the conventional medical approach has done little to help, then maybe it's time to look at it a different way.

More on The Centre

Situated in the village of Little Neston, within the area of Ellesmere Port and Neston, Holistic-Centre.Org Ltd offers a service that is caring, professional and unique.

On offer at the Centre is the widest variety of holistic therapies (otherwise known as complementary or alternative therapies) in the North West UK. The Centre offers the convenience of all the different types of therapies being under one roof, along with the peace of mind of knowing that all the therapists are experienced, fully qualified and insured.

One of the guiding principles of the holistic approach to health is to address the person as a whole (body, mind and spirit) within the context of their environment (family, work, recreational activities, such as sport, hobbies, etc.).

The popularity of holistic therapies is growing rapidly as people seek to find the root cause of their problems, no longer satisfied with treatment that just relieves the symptoms.

The holistic approach is about encouraging & supporting the body's own healing mechanisms to cope with most insults and injuries that we encounter as part of modern life.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of 'cure'!

Advice is available on the most suitable therapy or treatment approach appropriate for your needs. Treatment and advice is on a one-to-one basis offering individual attention and personal health care. The duration depends entirely upon the type of therapy you have but on average lasts between 1/2 an hour - up to 2 hours.

Also on offer are workshops, courses and free talks on a variety of topics and these will usually be held on Sunday's. A selection of music, gift vouchers, books, aromatherapy essential oils & skin care products, crystals, chi machines and a range of holistic health related items are available to purchase.

If you would like to find out more about holistic therapies, whether a particular approach may be more suitable or beneficial for you, or you would just like to see the Centre, please come along and talk to one of us. If there is anyone in particular that you'd like to talk to please ring & check availability first.

All the therapists at the Centre are fully qualified, appropriately insured and will treat you in a caring, professional and confidential manner in a calm and soothing atmosphere.

There is free parking in the immediate vicinity & occasionally we can fit someone in on the same day, depending on the therapy, day, etc.

You'll find the Centre at 7 Town Lane Little Neston, Neston, South Wirral, Cheshire, CH64 4DE (near the border to Merseyside). For specific directions and map, click here - How to Find Us
