IMAGINE, what a difference being stronger, fitter, leaner and more relaxed could make to your lifestyle either at work, at home or at play.

That is where Living Pilates, based here on the Wirral will help. Okay, so you have a busy and hectic lifestyle, you probably think you haven't got time to exercise, BUT you know intelligent exercise is essential for sound physical and mental well-being. You may want something where you can bounce around like Zumba – great – but if you’re looking for a more relaxed controlled programme, Pilates is just the ticket.

Think about this. One hour in class each week and ten minutes a day. Yes, just ten minutes a day. Living Pilates will help you find that time. It’s as easy as making a cup of tea. Get fitter and stronger without the strain.

Pilates will give you the best of both worlds, a safe and effective exercise regime that won't take much of your time, but will leave your body and mind stronger, leaner and fitter.

Pilates works differently from any other fitness technique. It builds strength from the inside, targeting the deep postural muscles, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It is a slow and controlled discipline that gives you fantastic long-term results. In short, Pilates will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

You may be completely new to exercise, or perhaps you've not done any since school. Don't worry, Pilates is ideal for everyone, from novice to the top-class athlete. Living Pilates, will enhance your performance and improve your self-awareness. Train your mind as well as your body. Improve your focus and become more aware of your body, release tension and learn correct postural alignment.

So how do I start?

Book your consultation session where we will assess your needs.

But I'm fit and healthy, Pilates will be too gentle?

Pilates is a great leveller for all abilities. Pilates is a change for life, putting into place good muscle-recruitment patterns.

I have a bad back, can I still do Pilates?

Yes, you can. If you are seeing a specialist, you may already be working on core stability. Our classes are a continuation of that work.

Living Pilates hold Personal Assessments and One-to-One sessions at the, Little Neston, Wirral.

Of course you could do it tomorrow . . . . . . just like you've always done.

And we all know what that means . . . . . . you end up doing nothing.

Or you can make a real change NOW, we are well past ‘New Year resolution’ time but with the spring on the horizon; take some time for you.
